Acceptance of Terms

By using Siya Coffee LLC’s website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Siya Coffee LLC operates as a mobile coffee cart and online retailer, offering catering services, specialty coffee drinks, and related products.

Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders placed might be eligible for modification or cancellation on a case-by-case basis at Siya Coffee’s sole discretion.

Refund, Cancellation, and Booking Policy

Event Booking & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Catering/Event Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund of the total event cost, minus the deposit.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

Modifications & Rescheduling

  • More than 7 days before the event: Adjustments (such as guest count or menu changes) may be made based on availability.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: Changes are subject to availability and Siya Coffee’s discretion.
  • Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances may be accommodated once, subject to availability and within 6 months of the original date.

Weather & Emergency Clause

  • In cases of extreme weather or emergencies, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled event within 6 months.
  • Final decision on rescheduling is at Siya Coffee’s discretion.

No-Show Policy

  • If the client does not show up or the event is canceled on the day of, no refunds will be issued, and the full balance remains due.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of our products or services. Any allergies or dietary concerns should be addressed before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website are the exclusive property of Siya Coffee LLC and cannot be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
